February 2, 2004 is just around the corner! Mark it on your calendar. Why? Yes, because it is Ground Hog Day 2004, but more importantly, because it is the date that the OLA Award Nomination forms are due. The OLA Awards Committee needs your help. We cannot give out OLA Awards without your nominations. The 97th Annual Conference of the Oklahoma Library Association will be held at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Tulsa on April 14-16, 2004.
The seven awards coordinated by the OLA Awards Committee include (description attached):
Citizen's Recognition Award
Distinguished Service Award
Oklahoma Library Service Award
Outstanding New Librarian Award
Special Meritorious Service Award
Special Project Award
Support Staff Person of the Year
