Librarian leads escapee from hills to arrest (easy registration required)

Story for outdoorsy librarians! This is what happens when you leave the safety of your stacks! Librarian leads escapee from hills to arrest: "Scottsdale librarian Ted Johnson knew what he was up against when a bedraggled man walked into his campsite Wednesday wearing only orange sweatpants and well-worn tennis shoes...Before Johnson left for a solo trip to the PinaleƱo Mountains near Safford in southeastern Arizona, his wife had warned him about a man who had escaped from prison May 10. So it didn't come as a surprise when a cold, tired and famished Rowe came upon Johnson's solitary campsite."
