Family Living:Literacy Awards Honor Several: "The Oklahoma Literacy Coalition recently acknowledged nine local literacy tutors with statewide recognition for their dedicated service to Ponca City Area Literacy Council.
At a presentation held at the Ponca City library Lila McColgan, president of the local literacy program, presented Marilyn Leming with a Master Tutor Award."
