By using the Oklahoma Public Library Directory, available from the ODL website, I think have found the smallest served library population in Oklahoma.
Yeager Public Library, located in Hughes County, serves a population of 67 (according to ODL). The library is open M, W, F 4-7 and Sat 2-6.
If anyone else has a library they think serves a smaller population please post the name and location of it!
