The Norman Transcript--What happens to Christmas when Santa gets busted?: "Ryan O'Brien and his Big Magic Book will present a holiday special for children at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Noble Public Library, 204 N. Fifth St. The event, sponsored by the Friends of the Noble Library, is free and no registration is required.
Big Magic Book is an interactive show that uses puppetry, storytelling, music and theater to tell a silly story. When O'Brien opens his Big Magic Book, he is instantly transported inside the story. A new adventure begins with each turn of the page.
In the Big Magic Book Christmas Special, O'Brien discovers Santa Claus has been arrested for speeding in his sleigh. O'Brien goes on a journey to raise one million Big Magic Book bucks to set Santa free. If he doesn't succeed, Christmas may be canceled this year."
