NexGen gets a new home

NexGen Librarian discussion group gets a nip and tuck by moving to google.

All things must pass, and the Topica residence of the Nexgen librarian list is one of those things. David Rothman has graciously set up a new, and newly invigorated, home for this list at Google Groups:
