Oklahoma's most literate cities
It's that time of year again -- the numbers are in for the most literate cities in America. So how do the two big metropolises in Oklahoma rank? Well...
Tulsa is 19.5 this year (last year it was 24.5) and OKC is 43 (last year it was 38).
