Call for Rural Librarians

To Librarians at Small Public Libraries:

The Public Library Division will be hosting a program at the Oklahoma Library Association Annual Conference (April 21-23, 2008 in Tulsa) on programming for small libraries. We are looking for librarians at smaller libraries across the state who have had successful programming and we invite you to share your story with us. If you would like to be on a panel at OLA conference, please contact Lynda Reynolds, Chair of PLD, at or 405.372.3633 ext. 101 for more details.

If you want to share your story but do not want to be on the panel, please email your story to Lynda and we will include it in a handout for our program. If you know a fellow librarian who does is not on the list or may need some coaxing to share their success stories, please forward this email to them with your personal invitation for them to contact me.
