Job Title: Children's Librarian

Salary: $8.75 per hour. This position is full-time and includes benefits.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Librarian will work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Job Duty Summary: Please refer to the full job description for a complete listing of job duties. Directs and develops the Library's Children's Section. Plans and implements children‚s programming including storytime, Summer Reading Program, and outreach to community youth. Selects and maintains children's materials for the library's collection. Creates exciting displays that attract area parents and youth to the library. Coordinates plans and prepares displays and decorations in the children's area.
Qualifications: Customer service experience. Previous library experience preferred. Ability to plan and execute exciting programming for children. Ability to operate office equipment and omputers. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
