UCO Library book sale reviewed

Exile bibliophile shares a tale of the UCO Library book sale:
...There seemed to be a good sized pebble or something in the spine. I tried to peek down the back strip-- something was down there alright, but I couldn't see what. I delicately prodded it with my Parker Jotter popping the invader loose. It clunked out on the shelf-- a chocolate chip. Whole and unsullied. Weird.

Ada Public Library’s spring used-book sale will be open to the public Thursday, March 29, and Friday, March 30, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, March 31, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The sale includes books and media items for adults and children at reasonable prices. Small format paperback books will be fifty cents each. Most hardcover books will be priced $1 and up.

Anyone making large purchases must keep containers at the end of the aisles so others can get by to make their selection. For more information, phone (580) 436-8122.
