Shock and AWWWWWW

I wanted to share this little laugh from the Tulsa Conference with you all.
A group of us went out one night of the conference and stopped off at a restaraunt on Peoria. We had the most adorable little waitress who provided us with a great laugh. At one point someone at the table decided to ask her, "Hey, what do you all think we do for a living?" The rest of the conversation went like this:

Waitress: [giggle] I don't know.
Librarian1: Oh, come on guess.
Librarian2: Yeah, guess the craziest thing you can think of.
Librarian3: You may be surprised.
Waitress: Gee, I dunno. [long pause and thoughtful expression]
Librarian2: Well?
Waitress: [another long pause while looking at each person at table] Dentists?
Librarian1,2,3: [loud laughter]
Librarian1: No, we're librarians!
Waitress: [shocked expression] Naw-uh?! Really!?
Librarian1,2,3: [still laughing] Yep!
Waitress: [walks away in disbelief shaking head]

I'm not sure how to take the guess of profession. Maybe, it's good that we didn't fit into the librarian stereotype? But is it better that she thought we were dentists? Now open your mouths and say AWWWWWWW when you approach me at the reference desk. ;-)
