Free CDs for Libraries Part of Settlement---Checks for just under $14 were mailed to about 3.5 million consumers who bought CDs, records or cassettes between 1995 and 2000.
To receive a check, you would have had to have filed a refund claim by last March.
Consumers were able to file a claim by filing an affadavit online.
