Mounds receives $70,000 library grant

Martha Stalker, director of the Mounds Public Library, said the Oklahoma Department of Libraries awarded Mounds a $70,875 grant to help fund the new library facility.
'Each year two libraries are awarded state grants for construction or renovation,' Stalker said. 'We applied last year but failed to get the grant.'"
