OLA is currently accepting participants for its Leadership Institute this coming Fall. If you know of someone (or you yourself) want to be a leader for Oklahoma Libraries I encourage you to apply.
But I digress---It is in the spirit of leadership in librarianship I am offering a limited edition "Stepford Librarians" T-Shirt (my own design) to the individual who composes an original inspirational, but brief, essay (less than 500 words) on the importance of cultivating exceptional leaders for Oklahoma libraries. (Or something along those lines) The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2004.
