On Thursday, July 8, the Friends of the Chickasha Public Library will welcome editor and author Marcia Preston to their monthly book review.
Marcia Preston is editor/publisher of ByLine, a national magazine for writers, and also an active freelancer and novelist. Writing as M. K. Preston, her first two mystery/suspense novels, “Perhaps She’ll Die” and “Song of the Bones,” were nominated for the Mary Higgins Clark Award for suspense fiction. Both were also finalists for the Oklahoma Book Awards in fiction. Her women’s mainstream novel, “The Butterfly House,” is due for release from Mira in January 2005 under the byline Marcia Preston.
