A lot of libraries are preparing for the end of their Fiscal Years this month--my institution is one of them. As I was gathering our usage statistics from our many databases I found this quote at the bottom of a FAQ page.
"Not everything that can be counted, counts; not everything that counts can be counted."
~Albert Einstein
Is this a really nice way of telling me that I'm not going to get all the statistics I want? Maybe I can try this with my boss. Oh well, back to the numbers.
;-)
