KSBI-TV - Home

A reading baby is a happy baby!

KSBI-TV - Home: "U & YOUR BABY WEEK continues on HELLO OKLAHOMA, and on Monday we talked to child specialist Bonita Spinner about early childhood development.

Bonita tells us that interaction is key to development because the synapses connect only when there is activity.

A baby is born with many synapses looking for somewhere to connect. Some connections are made in utero. Interaction begins the process of literacy, attachment, cognitive development, social development and communicating with your baby."
