THE POSITION: Coordinates, schedules and participates in staffing the reference desk; Trains library faculty, staff and student supervisors on reference services, materials and databases; Develops informational materials; Creates and maintains web pages for Information Services; works with SWOSU faculty in developing and redefining services for Reference; other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: ALA accredited MLS; Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and time-management skills; Commitment to performing and maintaining exemplary customer service; Reference, teaching and training experience preferred; Microsoft Excel, Access and Endeavor Library System experience desired.
