McAlester News Capital & Democrat | Program will help young people learn about Web logs:
"A special program for young adults, 12 and older, is set at the McAlester Public Library Sept. 1 at 3:30 p.m.
Children's Librarian Anita Ross will present the 2005-06 Sequoyah Book List while Computer Specialist Michelle Haskins will demonstrate how to create a blog.
Ross is also planning a readers' theater during the program. 'I'm looking for kids to do this,' she said. She is planning to have the youths read books from the list.
'There are some really good ones in this collection,' she added noting the books are for both guys and girls."
