well you almost found me out jason...actually that's an ad from the Library Bar in NYC (http://www.librarybarnyc.com/wallpaper.html) --although it would be a great way to promote that new food and drinks allowed policy (don't you think?) ;-)
A Library Bar eh? It's actually looks like a pretty interesting place. I'll have to put it on my list of places to hang out if I'm ever in NYC. :D
