Track your federal elected officials with RSS

So I found this via a round-about-way and technically I'm more closely related in degrees of separation to Kevin Bacon-- I appeared on a 7/11 store security camera with Miriam Owiti who was in the Air Up There with Kevin Bacon (I went to college with Miriam). But I digress--so I'll try to credit everything and everyone that allowed me to find this resource.

I first found the Rhode Island Library Association Blog. Which led me to Talk Digger, a cool little tool to track who's linking to your blog. Which then led me to Stories of a Library Life (a blog by a library supporter). Which then led me back to a blog I've visited before--Library Technology in Texas.

Which finally led me to Plogress.com!

Plogress.com allows you to subscribe via RSS to what legislative activities your state's federal officials have been scheming...errr...working on. It also links to the appropriate legislation documentation (summary, text, votes, etc) available in Thomas!

Click on the following links to see our Okie officials.
James Inhofe

I hope so too :) -- it hasn't been around very long (that I can tell) but I hope it takes off and stays current.
