Found this via Boingboing. I know at times I am less than "to-the-point" with my emails. And I found some of these tips useful in creating the perfect K.I.S.S. email for those important library matters!

This was a great article, especially concerning email format in the work place. I'll have to incorporate some of the suggestions into my email.
