National Children's Book Week - Tulsa Celebration

Janet Stevens will be in Tulsa for National Children's Book Week, celebrating Books to Treasure. This program brings children's book illustrators to Tulsa County in celebration of National Children's Book Week. Every second grader in Tulsa County will receive her book, Cook-a-doodle-doo! in this library promotion. Youth Librarians from the Tulsa Library System are visiting ALL second grade classrooms with a library card signup promotion. Librarians and teachers fromTulsa County have written lesson plans for second graders connected to the PASS objectives to share with students for Janet Steven'supcoming visit. Janet Stevens will speak at the Hardesty Library on Nov. 18 @ 7 PM.
