I've seen this discussion floating around the past day or so on how to handle NSFW (not safe for work) links. I think we could adjust this and make things NSFL (not safe for libraries) ;-) Seriously though it's an interesting discussion from a web design perspective.
But be forewarned -- some of the language and links used in the examples may be NSFW or NSFL
