We are currently seeking a Supervisory Librarian IV in Ada, Oklahoma to support our contract with the Environmental Protection Agency.

This position is responsible for the successful operation of the library contract and on site supervision and training of library staff. The position provides professional reference services, bibliographic instruction, collection development, and cataloging. They are responsible for the oversight of circulation, interlibrary loan, and the GWERD Publications Clearinghouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•On-site point of contact for the contract.
•Supervises and train the library staff.
•Provide professional expertise to the Task Order Project Officer regarding collection development and appropriate technologies.
•Provide professional reference services including searching commercial bibliographic databases to provide citations and bibliographies for researchers
•Provide training to researchers on the use of library materials and services; Catalog materials; complete reports as required to support the contract.
•Complete purchase requests for materials and supplies for library.
•Work with Computer Support to maintain the library website.
•Support all positions in the library as needed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
•Knowledge of current practices in Library and Information Science; Serials procurement and management in both online and hardcopy formats; and Interlibrary Loan procedures and associated issue of Copyright and Union List Holdings.
•Ability to use and explain a variety of bibliographic databases including WorldCat (OCLC); assorted tools, including but not limited to the Internet, to assist researchers; and word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
•Ability to supervise staff; develop reports from a variety of databases; and provide statistical analysis to the TOPO, Program MGMT; and network.
