Mentally masticate on this..


My husband is a very quiet person -- it's because I talk way too much. But sometimes when I take a moment to breath, in between my ramblings, he'll offer me a word or two of wisdom. I really liked his latest gem and wanted to share it with you:
Criticism that is truly constructive doesn't need prefixed or suffixed with "don't take this the wrong way" or any such phrasing

Something to think about next time you offer constructive criticism to a colleague.

It's a great thought. Whatever, sometimes is necessary said any such. Now I'm thinking about a Platon Dialogue: Socrates-Gorgias.
